Little different project today. This mantle needed a pocket in the back to accept a “cleat” on the wall and become a mantle!

This is a 5x8 custom box that was 3D modeled by a customer. We milled it for him on the CNC, and it turned out to be a perfect gift accessory!
Have you seen those super complex puzzle boxes on YouTube? I wonder if any plans exist?
It has been a long time in the making....and running this code took 8 hrs on the CNC, but our first order of instruments for one of our new customers Harpejji has been filled! We can now design a 3D model or take your design and cut it for you. Take a look at the bit size in photo with tape measure. It’s barely the size of a hash on a tape.

We love our customers, especially our returning customers. When she called, she knew she wanted something under the stairs that was shaped to the slope of the stair trim and matched the custom piece we built for her a couple years ago. We took over the design and after much deliberation, we ended up with this awesome piece. One small issue we had to address was the air return vent. In order to give her more counter space, we just incorporated the vent return into the cabinet with a decorative door. It has holes in it that will allow the air to flow through it and not affect the return which makes it both functional and stylish. Let us know what kind of cool projects you want to try to tackle this summer!

This home was one that had a niche left by the builder in the main living area. These awesome customers had us build the white built-ins to make the room feel completed. Once we got them installed, they added the lighting, and we don’t think it could have turned out any better!!! We turned another customers dream into reality!
Are all those lights hard wired in?
This awesome customer approached us wanting a Solid Maple Bar top with Walnut band around it and drawers below. We found a local guy who cut the slabs from the tree and we took it from there! We think the before and afters turned out great. There were so many hours that went into milling this Maple slab to get the effect we were looking for, and we are super excited to share it with you! This project has been in process for over a YEAR. That does include the dry time that we had to give the log in order to get the moisture level as low as we needed it to be to.

Some days we do big things, some days we do small awesome things! Check out this solid walnut radius corner nosing we made on our CNC to go around a custom bar top we are building! #learningnewthingseveryday
We have been working on a huge job for 5 months, but with our new CNC router, we have been able to fit in smaller custom items like this beautiful grey island. We are loving how these custom counter brackets allow us to leave larger overhangs without having large corbels or legs on the corners.
